In November 2023, the operations team conducted a supplier audit at Serting Hilir palm oil mill, aiming to enhance the quality of CPO and increase the segregation of CPO before it enters the refinery. The audit included explaining the segregation criteria to the mill to ensure they produce higher quality CPO that meets the refinery’s requirements for superior refined palm oil products.
