Anti Bribery And Anti Corruption Policy

The Group has adopted zero tolerance approach against all forms of bribery and corruption and takes a strong stance against such acts. Employees who refuse to pay or receive bribes or participate in acts of corruption will not be penalised even if such refusal may result in the Company losing its business or not meeting the targets.

Code of Business Conduct & Principles

All companies and employees are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which it operates. In addition, all employees are expected to comply with internal policies, guidelines and procedures.

Whistleblowing Policy

In line with this commitment, and the Group’s commitment to open communication, this policy aims to provide an avenue for employees to raise concerns of alleged improper conduct regarding the operations and management of the Group and in so doing, be reassured that they will be protected from reprisals or victimization for whistleblowing.

Personal Data Protection Policy

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“Act”) regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions. The Act required the Company to inform data subject about personal data is collected from them and processed by the Company. This Policy will act as guidance for the processing of personal data in commercial transactions as well as for employment and charitable purposes, in compliance with the Act.
