Our Townhall 2025, was a meaningful session that brought the FGV IFFCO team together to reflect, realign and look ahead. It was a great platform to share key updates, upcoming activities, and plans for the year. All aimed at strengthening our operations, engagement, and growth.
This townhall also served as a valuable platform for leaders to connect with employees fostering open communication, alignment, and stronger team engagement. To wrap up the session, we enjoyed a casual hi-tea gathering, giving everyone a chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate the moments together.
