At FGV IFFCO, we believe that a safe workplace is not only about physical safety, but also about our mental and emotional well-being. In conjunction with World Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Day 2026, we are coming together to celebrate with all employees, this program designed to promote awareness, well-being and a strong safety culture across the organization. In line with the 2026 theme focusing on a healthy psychosocial working environment, FGV IFFCO is bringing this to life through a meaningful programme for all employees. We have invited various government and industry partners to share not just on workplace safety, but also on self-care, financial well-being and mental health awareness. The day begins with an energising start, bringing everyone together through a Zumba session and opening ceremony. The event then comes alive with engaging booth activities, where employees can explore topics such as fire safety, financial planning, and workplace well-being.
Along the way, there are moments to gain knowledge & mental health support, through the gas safety sharing by Gas Malaysia, a Pocket Talk by AKPK and Psychosocial Risk Assessment and Management at the Workplace (PRisMA) by Amaze Synergy. At the same time, employees can take a step back and focus on themselves through health screenings and mental wellness support. It’s a simple day, but a meaningful one.
