Operator – Quality Assurance (Blender)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive order request and perform oil blending based on blending instruction given.
• Ensure QA team conduct the inspection at packing line inline with GMP, HACCP, RSPO & MSPO, food safety and quality requirement and company SOP. Provide training if require.
• Timely blending and release of product for packing.
• Executing necessary adjustment for off specification batches after consulting his superior.
• Liaise with QA team for blended oil quality.
• Communicate with production and packing team during and after blending process.
• Report inventory for all blending tanks correctly to his superior.
• Conduct the blending activities according to Food Safety requirement and the daily task is conducting in a safety manner.
• Responsible for personal hygiene at work place
• Recording CCP correctly as per the standard operation procedure and report up if any abnormalities encountered
• Back up peers upon their absence.
• Report to Line leader/Supervisor/Executive if noted any abnormalities found in daily operation
• Performing daily housekeeping at work place.
• Conduct daily activities in safely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, with or without working experience.
